Change of scenery

After a last long walk on the beach we packed up and headed north and inland to our next stop on the trip.

A wee visit to the falls at Howick and now the Lords of the Manor is our home for the evening. A beautiful old manor house/home turned hotel. It's our first stay here although we have enjoyed the restaurant a couple of times before.

It's so quiet apart from the odd comment from the local chickens.

I think we are going to sleep well!
