No punters tonight.....

We have hired a punt from this mooring in the height of summer and it's been wonderful but this evening it looked so very different! It's by Magdalene College, Cambridge.

Joff had arranged a surprise meal at Cote so we could give Andrea her birthday gift. It took some while to get there in rush hour traffic but we made it in time, had a lovely evening with them and were back home by 11pm...a much quicker journey of course. 

Tomorrow they are off to spend the weekend in a tree house! One of the surprises Joff planned for her on this special birthday. I hope the weather isn't too unkind 'though I doubt it will make any difference to their enjoyment!
