Meet Baya - she's the dog who lives with the Irish Wolf Hound.  I popped round to check the dog minder is coping while owners are on hols - because the jungle drums said she was not. 

Finally wore her out (Baya, not the woman!) throwing the ball and cheered and old lady up at the same time. 
Two good deeds ticked off my Friday list :)

And I managed 6km this morning. I am on fire!

All I want from tonight is to put the feet up and watch some inane telly.
