Rose Window - Dryburgh
First established in 1150, Dryburgh Abbey became the leading house in Scotland of the Premonstratensian order. The term Rose Window is a bit controversial it seems in this case because it may more accurately be a Catherine Window - the difference being made by what the contents of the glass art were But who can tell?
Extra: Would you Adam and Eve it? A tombstone from the Abbey clearly meant to remind the passer-by of what was a very strong belief in Original Sin from the mediaeval period.
