A new training partner...

The wee fella joined Buncle and I on our run tonight and he did good! Our pace was a tad slower but I certainly didn't feel like I was having to wait on him...he kept the pace, a wee bit better than his big brother at times:-)

It's nice these wee gentle runs with the boys...nice wee chats and it get's them away from screens! These two in particular are addicted to screen's.

Grateful for this time spent with my boys.
