We normally avoid the biggest and busiest resorts on holiday but today we've been to Albufeira. I must admit to a fondness for the place, the whitewashed houses look so nice spilling down to the beach and although busy, you can always find a space on the beach. Yesterday's rain is a distant memory.......today is sunny and very hot!

We're back at the villa now and enjoying a glass of wine and some chilled watermelon.....and this evening we going to one of our favourite restaurants in Alvor.

These hibiscus flowers are everywhere and very pretty!
