The Plymouth Prawn
Stopped off on the way home from work today to take some shots of Plymouth Barbican with grand plans to do the Mayflower Steps. Sadly the light wasn't right and it's a shot that's worth doing well, so a project for another day I think.
The Prawn stands at the end of Sutton Harbour sea wall by the new lock gates a grand monument to the fishermen who have helped to shape Plymouth.
The city has quite a few statues around but I think this is one of my favourites
