Cable layer?

I think this may be for laying cables to the wind farms in The Wash.

Saga update. ;-  Had appointment at Kings Lynn hospital today - another sham. Had also been asked to see one of the directors there so did that too. She was puzzled where most of my medical records had gone however we persevered and I had to point out an obvious thing or two. I will be used as a case of what had gone wrong that shouldn't have when they have their in house meetings and from the sounds of it will get a watered down apology . Basically it means sweet fa to me at this point.
