Phase 3: the last hurrah

Back at the house to pack the car at 7.30. Pack pack pack It was bursting and then I put in a bike as well.

Up to the dump for a last time to leave an old portfolio and some ancient drawings.

And then away and onto the open road for Edinburgh.

A trouble free run up the the motorways and A1. The sun shone all the way and despite myself I took the A68. The light finally faded from the sky at Pathhead but by then I was nearly there save a half hour in rush hour traffic.
