Wielding the hammer

Maybe not as big a song and dance returning to Yorkshire as some have received from the Olympics but we were very pleased to get a brief visit from our son Alex who was one of the troops on security patrol there.

He returns on Saturday and will be on duty again throughout the Paralympics.

He's also been quite useful! Thought you would prefer to see him putting this post in for a clematis than seeing him up to his armpit helping to clear a blocked drain!
