And so it begins....

I felt that now would be the best time for me to start my online photo journal because in a few days time on that date (20th Aug) I will be beginning my career as a secondary school teacher.

I have had such a lovely long summer and way back in June when I graduated I remember thinking "August is ages away, no need to worry" and the days have been getting quicker and quicker and here I am, almost there!

How appropriate that my first photo is of an empty diary, in a few days time this is set to change and I will be embarking on a new and exciting journey that I know is going to be tough but I hope equally rewarding!

But for now at least I am happy for the days to slow down so I can enjoy what remains of my summer! 3 days to go!
