Whoopers

The wildlife warden informed me this morning that we now have 7 whooper swans with another due from Whipsnade Zoo. They were joined by an extortionate number of Canada geese today as I walked down to spend yet more money in the shop, last day of 30% staff sale!

I saw the funny side of Social media over the last couple of days. For reasons I won't go in to today, I've probably done it before anyway, I am known as a witch. I have lots of decorative witches, broomsticks and witchy souvenirs, so for Halloween I always change my FB profile picture to a witchy one. Having found an editing site that turned my selfie into a witch stirring her cauldron, I uploaded it to FB. It received over 100 reactions! My most liked photo ever. How mad is that?! So, yesterday I had to take it back down again, after all Halloween is gone. To avoid confusion, I put one up that I've used before, of myself and my sister when we were children. but, once again, likes and loves and comments.
I also received an email from Paint My Photo. I joined this site back in 2012 and have done nothing much with it over the last 3 years. Now I know why! I uploaded four photos yesterday and my phone has not stopped pining with email because someone has 'liked' my photo. They really weren't that good!
