New Friends!!

These sparkly little souls were at a meeting that I attended today. On a recent coach trip out with the sewing ladies I was asked if I would like to join them at their monthly sewing session at one of the villages north of Lincoln.
 
I got talking to a lady, old enough to be my mother (she got married the year I was born), so is ancient!!! She was telling me all about her life in Singapore, most interesting. I didn’t get much of my crocheting done, one ear finished, the second one will need to be pulled back as I don’t think it will match the first one.
 
It was fun and I enjoyed meeting all the new ladies who were most welcoming, so I will be be back next month.
 
Home to plant bulbs in the front garden and do some more sewing.
