The usual routine of getting to my parents by 7.45, staying until work, and then going back after work to sit with Mum and make drinks and then help her wash and get to bed before walking home to bed, is taking its toll, I am so tired. And really upset that the carer who is supposed to go in and make lunch and stay with mum for an hour, on both occasions this week signed that she arrived twenty minutes before I left, (and no sign of her). Really worrying, as Mum is struggling on her own, even though it is only for  a couple of hours at a time. It makes me doubt how trustworthy the carers are, (there are so many different ones!) and if they are kind to them etc.
