congestion.   Our local bridge down to one lane of traffic until the 11th.  Add to this that the road that this feeds into, the A10,  was blocked by a u-turning single decker bus which had broken down, and you might imagine people's frustration.  The extra is of the gentleman who was attempting, by manual control, to prevent the traffic from going nowhere.
