Whilst we were in Cape Town, W's sister cooked us a lovely fish dish, with angel fish and mushrooms in a creamy sauce.
W enquired at the fish counter for angel fish today - not surprisingly it wasn't available. Ended up with basa (otherwise known as Vietnamese river cobbler) again, which over the last year has become our staple fish. It's cheap, and tasty.
The final result was very definitely good - I'm encouraging W to keep practicing this dish.
