This is what to do......

.......with a pumpkin! We always buy a few & R would have bought a lot more yesterday if we'd had storage. They were 19p in Lidl.... We got 3 now, one cooked into soup with ginger & chilli & two in the greenhouse that I grew in the summer. I suppose all those not bought will end up in landfill which is a travesty. I cannot stand the awful waste.
