Local path like psychological thriller book cover

Psychological thrillers are all the rage, usually with covers that feature characters walking away or placed in weathery backdrops - frost, ice, snow, remote landscapes, etc. Took this photo of a local pathway and it reminded on the autumnal covers favoured for Clare Mackintosh's award-winning tomes [see extra photo for an example].
