Old Newlands church

The first day of GMT. A wee bit of extra time in bed, coupled with a short bike ride.

The bike ride was out through Auchendinny , Howgate and Leadburn. Then along the Moffat road to Romannobridge, a loop through Callands . After Callands, and just before Newlands Bridge, I stop to take a photo of the remains of Newlands Church. From here its back to Romannobridge, up Bogsbank road to West Linton, and then the Moor road to Penicuik and home.

In the afternoon, my partner and I go off to Newington to scour the charity shops. Oh, and coffee of course.
