Gorgeous Grandkids

Gui and Manú eating hot soup before going off to a meeting in Cordão de Sombra, 18km away. They are sitting at the 4m long table that M made many years ago - that table is thick with memories for us, and we're making more now. The Rembrandt painting is one of my favourites - for me, it's about welcoming both the prodigals and the self-righteous to sit down together and share food and wine, and enjoy each other.

An extra of their little brother, Ellison, on the bus his Daddy drove to get us all there. Our three grandkids for now...
