Last year Ghandi was Pope Ghandi. This year he has been wowing all of us with his PoliceOfficer costume. He especially enjoys wearing his hat and his handcuffs. Tara just can't help herself. When she sees a handsome boy in a good looking uniform...she just has to rush over and plant a big kiss right on his lips! No tictacs necessary! Happy Halloween to you all!
