Ready to cook?

Cooler weather on Sunday, which meant lots of leaf blowing and raking for me, leaving me too tired/sore to cook.

What is your "go to" meal when you are worn out and just want to eat? Cereal? Beans and toast? Something ready-to-eat from Sainsbury's or Marks and Sparks?

I miss the prepared foods which are easy to grab from the refrigerated section in UK supermarkets; one reason I love Trader Joe's! The above meal is chicken with ginger sauce: defrost, throw in the pan, heat, voila!
