Looking Up

After preparing our guests breakfast, Bb and I had a relaxed morning and then went for a wander while the chicken and vegetables were roasting. Late lunch/early dinner of avocado and tomato salad, followed by roast chicken and roasted potatoes, tomatoes, asparagus, red pepper and carrots. Watched the final of British Bake Off and an episode of The Apprentice tonight on BBCiplayer.

Took my blip in the gardens near the gym. Another beautiful sunny day.
