Gypsy tart

Found this recipe , I was born in Kent , I remember having this at School and my Mum used to make it . I did love it .
I've watched 3 films this afternoon on the true Christmas Chanel they all lived happily ever after .
Can't watch any more now . It's that time of year, out come the tissues .
