At last...Yoshi!

'Blip me, blip me! You've blipped those bloody tortoises twice AND one of the toads that doesn't even live here. What's wrong with me? I am lovely and green and spiny - totally photogenic. Pleeeeease blip me!'

Ok Yoshi, consider yourself blipped.

Yoshi is our green Iguana that Mr Dazed rescued about four years ago. She was being looked after by a woman who (although I'm sure she had the best intentions at heart) had her in a really inappropriate tank and fed her PIZZA! Oh the horror. Yoshi is a vegetarian and eats lots of greens and some fruit. She is especially fond of strawberries and sometimes has a bit of brown bread for a treat. She is not really that keen on lady folk and is a one man lizard - she only has eyes for Mr D! Because she was kept in small accommodation in the past she doesn't really move around a lot, as we discovered when we built her an enormous enclosure (she's about four and a half foot long) and she decided to sit in the same place. She is especially good at sneezing on people and kicking her food bowl onto the floor.

We love her to bits.
