view from the hermitage

first visit (of many to come) to the hermitage (general headquarters building). manet's olympia's last day here so had to nip in to take a look. also a beautiful exhibition of alexander alexeieff graphic book illustrations. and the permanent collection of impressionist and post-impressionist paintings. spb = artfest.
