not just a bowl

It's just a wooden bowl, but of course it's not. Somewhere this tree grew for many years through all weathers and seasons, it was felled and cut, moved and sculpted and bought as a wedding gift by one of my friends. Now it sits on a shelf with very little notice being taken of it....until this late night blipper needed inspiration and suddenly it was being admired again.
