When I said we were going for lunch yesterday, I obviously meant today; that's what happens when you post the day before's photo on the day after. If you see what I mean.

The dry run on public transport was not a huge success: the little jolts and jarrs that we can easily tolerate are not so easily dealt with if you have a back problem. I foresee copious quantities of painkillers in the future if +1/2 is to be able to return to work.

Lunch was good and very German: Schinkenknacker mit kartoffelpüree und sauerkraut. Lecker.
