Overnight……………

……………........…..Snow


We woke to an impressive dusting of snow, frosty temperatures and wall to wall sunshine — an unexpected ‘spring’ surprise and a step back into winter for a few hours.
By the time I took this photo fluffy clouds were putting in an appearance and the sea remains muddy after the heavy overnight rain.

This snow capped range runs behind Richmond and Nelson while the scene is repeated on the opposite side of the Tasman Bay, NZ.
