I knew someone munched my zucchini and pumpkin blossoms this summer (again!) but I never knew who. We try to keep our gates closed to keep the unwanted dinner guests away. 

The raccoons, however, come and go as they please. So does the black bear who apparently climbs over the fence. But neither of them were suspects. 

Part of the fence is broken though, and tonight I witnessed this fella and her (or his but I think it's a she ) mommy actually crawling through the small hole to check our backyard offerings. She was quite fearless and curious, pressed her nose against our window to check what's inside. Funnily, their presence made Mystery the rabbit go bonkers and give a us a fair drumming show.
