Iftar

Iftar refers to the evening meal when Muslims break their fast during the Islamic month of Ramadan.

My first ever Iftar, spent in the company of colleagues and clients, a few of whom are Muslim. It was a really nice evening, and very enlightening too.

My 50mm lens wouldn't let me capture the Burj Al Arab in all it's glory, so I had to go for a bit of an artistic image instead. Ho-hum.

One more day at work then it's the weekend; then it's the Eid holidays. Five days off, on the trot. Bring it on.
