Loving these colours

I did not have a good night sleeping last night and so slept in later than planned this morning.

On the other hand, Kent had his first best night's sleep in a couple of weeks and so he too slept in! 

Our day did not go as we originally planned.  We travelled up Kinston so Kent could shop for clothes at the store he has shopped at since he was in high school.  We stopped on the way up and picked up his sister.  After finishing the clothes shopping we went to Pizza Inn for lunch.  

After taking Kent's sister back home, we stopped at his oldest brother's and visited there for a bit.  It was after 4pm when we got home.  

I could hear birds aplenty but none were at the feeders.  I still had fun taking a few autumn like shots in the evening sun.

My Confederate Rose is looking great and so many more buds still yet to bloom.

Both Peace and Spirit looked good in the evening sun too.
