...Related to the pumpkin, squash, gourds, cucumbers and melons. Tuberous and wax begonias are edible and have a citrus taste. They are the floral emblem of North Korea. Their seeds are the smallest known in the world. The flower was once used to polish sword blades and when given to somebody they represent  'Caution'
