Day of preparation for the big Halloween Birthday. I had mixed feelings about Halloween before H was born - awkward memories - but my little pumpkin has truly embraced it and I love it now! She's the only one in the family to have two full boxes of party decorations to bring out each year- on a par with the big C, but less stressful and prolonged. Can't be bad!

We have just made some of the sweetest, carameliest cupcakes ever. Even I could only manage half.
