Pumpkin

This morning I had a pumpkin fest. My very lovely husband buys me pumpkins (rather than flowers- you can't buy those here!) and is very good at doing all the chopping and peeling which I'm too lazy to do. So this morning I made pumpkin smoothies, pumpkin cookies, pumpkin breakfast casserole and pumpkin & lentil soup to fill the freezer with!
