One Handsome Chap

In between the rain and the hail storms, this evening I headed up to the Church restoration to pick up my camera after its day of shooting.

On the way back, I spied this handsome cock pheasant in the neighbouring paddock. I could hear his distinctive call while I was disconnecting my cables at the church, so when I got back in the car I fitted my 2x teleconverter to my 50-140 f/2.8 lens so that I could get this as I drove past.
