Warehouse

This is Vintage 45. It was built as a warehouse in the 1940s and is now an event venue. Neil B. McGinnis used this as the headquarters for his heavy equipment company. He commissioned Edward L. Varney, a student of Frank Lloyd Wright, to build the warehouse.
