Raddle Dolly

I had booked to a 3 day weaving course a while back and I luckily managed to work it in with my phased return to work! The course is about learning how to make your own draught for weaving, working out what colours you will use and how that will work in with your pattern! I am also finding out quite a lot about Harris tweed as the course is really aimed at weaving and designing tweed! So far I have warped up on the warping frame and gotten my warp on to the loom ready to thread! It has been a good day and I still have two more to go! As you can see the room we were in was quite high and the wind really started to pick up towards the end of the day!
