It's not the best picture but it's the best of a bad bunch :)

The weather was awful - so hot & humid in the morning which was lovely to do housework in.

A quick trip to the nurse to check my thumb. Clearing up glass the evening before last, I got a small sliver in my thumb which I thought I had got out. I woke this morning and my thumb looked very red & angry and was a bit swollen too. So, I thought I had better go and see if they could see if there was anything left in it. After looking at it under one of those light up magnifying things and having a damn good prod about with a needle (not a sewing one!), she's pretty sure there isn't anything in there, but being glass it's hard to tell as you can't see it well. Best thing to do is keep a plaster on it, let it fester it's way out. Lovely.

After that, it was off to have lunch with the girls - Lorraine,Natasha & Marion followed by the usual saunter round the garden centre where I got a few photo's of this little fella :)
