Aden-een

Tonight was the eighth Adeneen.
It is an event held in Aden Park, Mintlaw and involves a parade through the woods where various groups of youngsters take part in dancing, playing instruments and fire breathing.
The theme for this year's one was Wiliam Shakespeare and it was really good.
It culminates in a firework display.
I have mixed feelings about this.
It is very exciting but I do feel for all the wildlife that must find it so frightening and distressing.
