Book Launch
This evening was the book launch for Ethical Carnivore, a book I recently read and very much enjoyed - written by Louise Gray, the former environmental journalist for The Guardian who only ate what she'd killed herself for a year - it was a very honest, sometimes emotional, and interesting read exploring the environmental issues surrounding our food chain and being mostly set in Scotland had an extra interest.
There were 4 different cohorts from the Gastronomy MSc in attendance - sweet!
