Lunch

As soon as I arrived on Cape Cod today I headed to the beach.  Rain is predicted and the sky looked ominous so I thought it might be an opportunity for an interesting cloud shot.  I still had my 400mm lens on my camera so I decided to start with that.  I'm glad I did because I ran into this lone gull, swimming in circles, eyeing something in the shallow water.  Sure enough, he came up with a clam.  I followed him to the shore line, where he tossed the clam onto the rocks, broke it open, and devoured his lunch (in extras).
