Did You Call?

Here's another Mexican Jay.  This one, from a week ago, is a more pastel blue.  It's amazing the difference in color based on the kind of light they're in and the time of day. (I like it in expanded view, too.)

The rest of the day is going to be spent straightening up the house, catching up via phone with (a) friends, grocery shopping and visiting {going out to lunch with mom and picking up a few things at the 99¢ store}.  Not terribly exciting but it should be as relaxing as going up the mountain earlier this morning.

(Edit: I'm pretty bad following to-do lists.  Make 'em every day, screw them up every day.)
