Fast
Inspired by the Horizon programme last week, C and I have embarked on the first (of many, ongoing) 2-day fast of the 5:2 regime.
We are at least allowed 500 kcals per fast day. That seems possible.
Normally, I dismiss diets as being useless wastes of time, but the aim is the health benefits not weight loss (which might be a by-product).
A heated discussion has broken out regarding which of us has more will power..
