St Anthony's Chapel

The cousins - my grandchildren - had scampered their irresistible way over rocks and through mud to reach this gaunt ruin above St Margaret 's Loch in Holyrood Park. Now it was all we could do to ensure that we didn't lose any of them over the cliff as we tried to take in the view as well as the peril.

The Chapel is thought to date back to the 1300s, so it's kinda old. But I suspect the kids were more struck by the Harry Potteresqe potential of the site ...
