bump day

John and Louise came over for their lunch today. It was lovely to see them and hear all their news :)

I made chili con carne with baked spuds and salad for lunch followed by bread and butter pudding.

Got some work done this avo and then called to see Jo tonight. She's been teaching me some yoga and she's away back to England on Friday. I'll miss her.
