Nuts All Round

An acorn that isn't an acorn.
It came off a tree with smooth edged, waxy leaves that had absolutely no resemblance to an oak.

There was a comedy magic show at the school today to which the kids were allowed to wear costume (for a price of course).
Squirrel went as a cat (see extras) - The Cygnet went as a zombie .... no pictures of that, he got dressed at school and out of the costume as soon as he got home.

All sorts of taxi duties and being ignored by kids and wife when trying to speak ..... not the best of moods.

But now I am waiting on Butterfly arriving for a few days (and her parents of course) so that should improve things.
