Common Egret eating breakfast...

Up and out really early to get to Lackford Lakes for first light.  Unfortunately it was quite misty and the sun just didn't break through, so pretty dull for photographs...

I managed to get this though so quite pleased.

Found a couple of fairly uninteresting fungi, one under some beech trees, and the other down among the cow-pats at the Fulborn Nature Reserve.

Also a rather nice snap of the Robin that owns our garden, and a couple from Sunday's marathon as extras...
