Tempation

Back in charity shop today and found all the Christmas merchandise is on display!
Was tempted by this bag, but decided I am trying to get rid of things, not accumulate more.
Took summer weight duvet to dry cleaners so winter must be on the way.
Interesting talk at U3A monthly meeting today by a man who was stranded in Newfoundland for a week when 9/11 happened.  He was supposed to be in Chicago!  Lots of planes were put down there and passengers could only have their hand luggage.  Lasting friendships were made and parts of his talk were moving and others very amusing as all the different people were thrown together.  He now has a different outlook on life and made a lot of changes as a result.
