More research is needed

UK universities will be badly hit by BREXIT with European research funding drying up.

I am tackling this problem head on by carrying out my own self-funded projects at home in my study. Here you see the results from my ongoing five year research project into dehydration in fruit and vegetables. Carrots, bananas and apples have been left in a dish. (The "probes" , or nails as some people call them, are there to test inner core qualities)

Preliminary results suggest that nothing much changes after three years.
